I also had a very bad experience earlier this year> they shrunk a pair of very expensive fine 'cool wool' trousers from the US (i mean the trousers came 'half way up my calfs' shrunk) and ended up driving all the way to their head office way out of town, to speak to the manager. finally got 50% compensation from them but not enough. Now i have an outfit without the trousers.....would NEVER recommend them.
