I called this Pragathi Electronics dealer for Emergency light battery replacement , in conversation he mentioned that he is authentic dealer to service BPL emergency light product and when i ask price he says hardly cost me 250 , and when i reach there he opened the Emergency light and take out the battery and then take out local battery and replaced with that ,when i asked for original he started telling that original does not come , i do have long conversation and finally decide let have the one he is providing ,then when i asked for price he mentioned 460 Rs which hardly cost in market 250 i got mad ,and finally thought get away from this person and then i provided my credit card then simply he put 14.5% and ,make it 510 such a pathetic dealer ,who is simply there to take your money , please be aware by going to this place for buy anything he will try to make money . My simple advice do,t go and buy anything he does have all third class quality product with original or more price. Good luck if still you want to buy from this shop.

I have very bad experience from total mal HAL Airport Road , I purchase sofa from there and they mentioned it does have 1 Years warranty/Guaranty while selling ,sofa has pathetic quality cushion got tear down in 8 month and i keep calling them almost 4 to 5 month and they always they will take care but it never happen finally i got fed up and repaired from outside , My advice do't buy any futniture item from total simply they have worst item and worst service , good luck if you are planning to buy !!!
