I have a very serious complaint to make regarding non availability of a usher at 7 p.m. Bhag Milkha Bhag show at your hall. We entered the hall as soon as the lights went out and there was no usher to guide us as a result my 71 year old wife stumbled and fell. Though she escaped serious injury, the experience shook her and me, I am 79 years old.
Will you please let me know if it is your policy not to provide usher or the person assigned for the job was playing truant.
