Horrible place! DO NOT VISIT....if you ever want to go to a parlour. Bad ambience, horrible service, untrained staff.....the place stinks....spider webs all around completely unhygienic place.

YLG has been a good service provider. As a customer their services have been satisfactory earlier! IT has lately turned out to be a very bitter experience with YLG.I took the waxing an pedicure.......which is now completely unprofessional and very painful. The staff recruited are all now very unprofessional. The claim of their waxing technology is no more the same, its all gone from bad to worse.
They have dropped down from their mark of services greatly. But now they have increased their prices and their services have deteriorated greatly which does not really match their revised prices at any level.The staff have a changed attitude. Deteriorated services hiking prices are guiding the customers no where and just out! They are guiding their customers out rather than in!! Its a poor move by YLG! YLG has put down all my expectations!! Sadly.......I rate it Down Down Down!!
