Hi Dear Parents,
Narayan e techno shools might be well known for IIT in AP,
My relationship with narayana school kaggadaspura,Bangalore as a preschool teacher(LKG and UKG)
1)They dont mainatain any ethics and respect human values
2)Class teacher has to call the parenst and ask for fees due,teacher should be responsible for the
child actvities and development,not for the fees,Teachers has to preapre the list of students not
paid the fees,and has to update why they have not paid.
3)the new principle has joined and her management style is so pathetic,no respect to the
teachers,dont wish the teacher if she dont like,if she likes ,she says good morning and i love
you.she dont talk ,she can only shout.
4)No pre school teacher is qualified over there,they dont give any offer letter or appointment ,if
you want to resign your job ,just say good bye by leaving EOD.
5)With the management style of the principle,and her reporties ,and with her shouts ,so many teachers
started resigning the job(just good bye at EOD)
6)The teachers who reamained somehow managing the classes like 1 teacher with 60 or 70 kids.
7)Parents who go to collect thier kids ,ask the new teacher where was the old teacher seen last
week(she resigned)but teacher says she was on sick leave.
8)if your kid sees new teacher each month ,how can a teacher can understand about your child
positivies ,negativies and the kid needs
9)They dont give any leaves to the teachers,even if there is a genuine need.
10)Principle degrade or humiliate the teachers in front of all by shouting,if the teacher does a
mistake there are ways to correct it ,she can call the teacher to a room and explain them the
impact or problem with such kind mystakes,if the teacher do the mystakes repeatedly evnafter
warnings,principle has a right to ask the teacher to resign instead of strong words exchange.
11)if you give 60 or 70 people to a teacher ,how can she manage them ,without any error.
12)if any error or mystake done by the teacher ,principle make the teacher a scape goat.
13)Still do you think whether they can attract the qualified and good teachers to work with them?
