It is the worst courier service I have ever seen. Don't waste your TIME and MONEY for this. By mistake someone booked my parcel using this, even after 14 days it is not delivered. Again as I called, the lady picked up the call and spoke very very arrogantly. Have not seen anyone talking to customers like this before.
