Hi. I took my mother for checkup because she had some vision problem after her cataract surgery done in Vasan Koramangala. I took an appointment and visited doctot after couple preliminary test got back to doctor.He said thers some surgery has to be done we agreed and went for normal test for surgery . He adviced for the sugar to come down because my mother is a diabetic patient. Later we did the sugar test again but the sugar was high so he advice to come after couple of days but I the exexutive there asked me pay the procedure charge before in hand I paid it too. Couple of days when we went back the docotor said that my mother has RENAL FAILURE she will be going to dialysis procedure soon he did that without any renal test done.. my got was so shocke that she has a melt down ... I was very sure that he was wrong and I toom her to JAYADEVA DIABETES CENTER .she was no where near to renal failure.. And I was do upset with the service of VASAN so I requested them to refund the proceure charge that I paid they said it will take a 15 days for refund . I agreed but now its been two months they keep teelin that its in process. Every time I call them they give some lame excuse. My advice to all my friends in koramangala.. please think twice or asmany times before stepping into this hospital.... you can call me if u feel im fake I have document to justify it ...
