Purchased Note-II from sector 14 and within a week set has the hanging problem, automatic restart problem and when its start hanging the message comes "Unfortunately, google+ has stopped" I sent my phone 4 times to samsung care and today 5th time i sent my phone to samsung care. After removing the battery the phone will work approx 24 hours and then again the same problem occures. The day starts with hanging problem with set and frustration start early in the morning my whole day is lost due to this phone only because my whole business is depend upon my phone and my computer. I purchased this on 6th Aug the guy's might have waiting to expire the warranty so they can charge or deny that this problem can't be corrected. I have no other choice but to go to consumer court. This kind of service with such a big company seen first time. Pls replace my phone if this can't be corrected. Last customer slip no. is now my guy is sitting in the same office and they again remove the battery and try to send my guy back without any solution. Can anybody help me out in samsung with this problem as they are taking it very casually for you this is just a product and for me this is such an expensive product of Rs. 37000 which I am unable to use it properly after paying such an huge amount.
