Purchased a Note 2 on 15% cash back offer on 25/05/13 from HK Mobile ,Linking road ,Mumbai.Purchased Mobile By CC on 6 Month EMI,First the dealer assured me that 15% will be reverted in July Statement.Failing not to get the 15% revert went to the dealer and he said that Sbi Has giving the offer so you should have received it.I Called the SBI bank and they denied that this offer existed ,Its been 2 Month now that I haven heard from Samsung Area region Officer(Abbas Rizvi).I have been cheated and the Dealer and the Samsung area manager are Hand in Glove,I have been as Many as 30 Times I Had been to the dealer, Call to the dealer they saying there is no offer ,How Can you Cheat a Customer By a brand Samsung.Is that Not Tarnishing Image of the Brand .Do I have to run from Pillar to post for the 15% cash back.
