Hi,
Just wanted to give a basic feed back on HOT COFFEE...it should be HOT.
I have gone so many times now to Costa Coffee - Indira Nagar, and every time i have to send the coffee back to be reheated. 9/10 times I can wash my hands in that so called HOT COFFEE. I hope you guys do something about this.
Second, there are milk options available - like low fat, soya milk etc. but that information is not clearly visible in any store, I came to know only when i visited there web site. And then i went back to ask them they said they always had that option, and then it was shown to me where it was written...and trust me you gotta have NINJA EYESIGHT to read that.
Thirdly, why does Costa Coffee site does not have a FEEDBACK form, even there Indian counterpart Divyani International does not have it.
Well i hope you understand what you guys need to do.

Hi All,
I don't know about the reviews written over here...but what happen to me was classic.
I booked these Shah packers...they came to my house at RT Nagar and did there survey and the the deal was finalized for 3500/- . they were to come at my place on 7-9-13...guess what nobody came.
I called the guy at 9:00 he said they are coming till 10:00 nobody came...then guess what i called the person again the phone was SWITCHED OFF. I called the land line nobody answered. Then i called there owner SYED...guess what he had no clues, none then less he will call me back....but call it SUPER PROFESSIONAL he did not pick the call after that.
Yes in the end they did not come at all.
What I had do was called another guy who came within an hour.
SO BEST OF LUCK, TO PEOPLE WHO HIRE SHAH PACKERS AND MOVERS
