Not customer friendly. Never buy from staples. Browse in Staples and Buy in other small shops. this is because of their pathetic exchange policy. i bought a modem at 12.15 , came home and found old one working. i only opened the plastic lamination around, not touched any thing inside. iu went back at 1.00, requested them so much to exchange it with some thing even costlier, but they say no. same if i have had bought in small shops definitely they would take. i advice people never to buy from staples. if they can not repack the polythene wrapper, what for they are running such big shop in country like india. forgot to mention, the price was 150 Rs costlier than small shops.
