I had a person collect blood sample from home. Earlier Reddy has come in the past and he is fine but this was someone else ( forgot to ask his name) . He came and started pulling out stuff from a very dirty bag . The bottles for blood etc. were all just dumped in the bag without any box . Then he pulled out the sterilized cotton and started rubbing it in between his dirty palms. I was shocked to see he had not brought any gloves or cared to wash his hands. He had dirty hands form the traffic pollution etc. and was going to sterilize my hand with that dirty cotton that he massaged between his hands. I had to stop him and asked to wash his hands. and throw that cotton. And funny that he was carrying just that one little drop of cotton . so now he had no cotton to sterilize. With some make shift arrangements , we did it. He then did not have any change at all and expected me to tender the exact amount. I don't understand why can apollo not address these important issues when it is a daily process with them. Very disappointing .
