My own past experience with Noida Fortis hospital l has been commendable. Dr. Sudhir Shama operated on me in 2008 for incisional hernia following a 3-year old cabg surgery in Asian Heart Institute, ,both of which have held good for the past 5 years. The medical staff then were just as efficient. Five years ago, the support staff were competent and eager to help.
My recent experience with the front office staff became a shocker. (26.9.2013, 1:45- 2:35 PM). The "Operator assistance" took three attempts of 5 tp 6 minutes each for picking up the phone. If my CABG was not as good as it was, I'd have been dead by then. I wanted a meeting with Dr. Sharma for a consultation that might involve surgery on my vertebrae.Naturally it is not easy to get through to a busy hospital Superintendent, but the support staff could have been more cooperative.
