This is with regard to the water purifier "Advance UV" which i bought from you in mid July from an authorize shop. I am highly disappointed with the kind of service and quality from product Eurekaforbes. Your sales man " Devak Jha" from east of kailash branch - Delhi has given assurance at time of purchase which proved to be a false story. This product has stopped working twice from the date of purchase, which is hard believe. Your after sales is again pathetic and they don't even know how to speak with customer. Several call were made to these ppl for a visit but no response,
I will take this anymore if required i will move to consumer court so that the ppl of India will see the real face of "Eurekaforbes" who have started manufacturing cheap and poor product. i NEED A COMPLETE REPLACEMENT AND APOLOGY LETTER.
