Encountered 3 bad experiences in one instance of my visiting Clumax Tippasandra branch.
1. Had called up the evening before for an Abdomen Sonograph. Called up around 6pm. They asked me to come there immediately as it was free. They failed to inform that it needs to be on an empty stomach. When I further probed myself, they agreed that it was to be taken on an empty stomach and gave me an appointment for 8am the next morning. As advised, I went there on an empty stomach and with a full bladder.
2. However after reaching there, they ask me to come back at 10am citing reasons that the doctor arrives only at that time. When asked why I was informed the previous evening about coming at 8am, they openly cite miscommunication.
3. Since I was there anyway at 8am, they suggested I take a token for the 10 am scan. They give me a token number 10 and take down my name and other details under serial number 10. There is only one other name on the list between 1 and 10. All other serial numbers void of any data. Preferential token system?
Overall it was like government service at the cost of a private institute. Hated the experience.
