The service is lacking. Staff is fairly bad in handling and response. They look at you waiting for them to clear your plates, but then they look away. Same goes for response time with billing.

We catered from them. Food was excellent but unfortunately they were in a bigger hurry to take the food away. They left with all the food (especially the non-veg) before many people ate and our children guests did not get any dessert. Our maids were left with noodles and rice while they packed off with all the appetizers and main dishes. The manager was very rude when I asked him to bring out more appetizers. He was also very rude to our maids. Left a bad taste. Watch out for that. Their chef is commendable. If you cater from them - just ask for food delivery - do not allow them to serve/take away food.

The place is a mess. Went there for highlights, the lady "Kim" dropped a book of colors in my lap and disappeared. First time in my life a colorist treated a customer with such disdain.

Sold me a Glen cooking range that had its glass top shatter by itself within 2 weeks of purchase. During purchase, they assured me that they would cover the cooking range....later said its not covered. I have a problem with the safety issue more than the warranty. They are refusing to accept that this is a safety issue.

Hidden costs. Quoted Rs 3000 for just highlights (shoulder length hair) and finally presented with a bill for Rs 8500. Nothing clarified or specified during service. Kept trying to force me to buy products despite my saying no. Was totally surprised by the lack of professionalism from such a salon.
