My name is Clement Alleluia n i hav a valid residence of Kuwait. right now im in Goa- INDIA, my passport was expiring on 5th Nov 2013. so i renewed it. just wanted to know if i will b allowed to travel havin the residence on the old passport n thn transfer the residence on my new passport once i reach Kuwait.
