So we go to this place to buy a Samsung S3 Pebble Blue colour. Only White was available and they agreed to get us the Blue one from another outlet. They took our number and asked us to come after 45 mins. Before ordering for the Blue one, they even took confirmation from us stating that we should definitely come back coz they are ordering it from elsewhere. I had purchased my previous Samsung phone from the outlet in Forum Mall and the experience was good enough and hence chose the original outlet instead of going to Sangeethas and Universals.
We return after more than an hour only to discover that the guy whos getting the phone is apparently on his way. The reality was that they had forgotten to order for the handset. They offered the option of billing for a White one for the moment and the Blue one would be delivered to our house where we could return the White one to them on receipt of the Blue one. We almost agreed to do that. Icing on the cake was when they had forgotted the Blue Flip cover despite being reminded several times. They ask us to collect the cover by ourselves the next day from some other outlet in Madiwala.
We lost our cool and refused to buy it if its not provided as a complete package. They dint seem to care and asked us to buy the product elsewhere since they dont have the cover. If this was the case, they should have informed earlier.
See a lot of internal friction within the staff itself and they keep blaming each other for the faults.
Overall, please avoid this outlet if possible.
