I had taken admission for my son at end of March 2013 by paying nearly 25k. Unfortunately in the first week of April 2013 as my mother was serious healthwise itself I had to shift out of Mira road. Since the school was starting in June, I requested for a refund if not full atleast partial. The school assured me of the same and asked me to submit proof of shifting and new admission of my son in my relocated place. The supervisor Trishila I believe handling my case assured me that this was being taken care off and even the lady admin who remains in the school told me that in a week I should get my money. After submitting all proofs etc. we were told that the supervisor was on holiday so nothing could be done by end of May. Then in June they told us that the matter forwarded to their branch in Delhi. When I called in August the supervisor refused to believe that we had ever followed up with her and she said its against school policy to refund the fee. We were schocked. If that was what told to us from the start we wouldnt have taken so much efforts to get the money back. From our friends in Mira road we have heard that the admission was full in school, yet we dont understand why they want to keep my hard earned money and dont want to return it to me. I think the management cant afford things for themselves and hence need my hard earned money free of charge to support themselves while we struggle.
