I bought a Celkon 118 Signature HD from BIG C, Madhapur. These guys who are so called sales executives have delivered me a Handset which switches off by it self. This is a faulty handset which I gave to the service center because the BIG C guys didn't exchange my handset and said it could be exchanged only in a week, this was only a month before. Now after first return from service center the issue still remains. I am sure these BIG C guys are not delivering right and perhaps used handsets. BIG C Please take back the faulty Handset and give me an exchange. I have to send this to Deccan Chronicle & Times of India.. Regards, Shiva Kumar N 9985581288
