Most pathetic restaurant i have ever seen. All staff members are grouped for doing cheating to customer. I am surprised the owner is still not aware or he is also involved. 2weeks back took some reshmi kebab and egg chicken roll (parcel). Chicken quality.. sorry to say even the beggar cant eat. It was more than week old and smelling badly, before placing the order repeatedly asked whether chicken is fresh. Either they tried to make fun of me since i asked the quality or they do the same thing for all customer. Today, i guess it was my mistake that i visited the shop again for egg chicken roll and along with tool 3 plate chicken biryani, 1 reshmi kebab (again :).. this time kebab quality was good, roll we ate on spot, during dinner we realized, they gave only rice, piece of potato inside the foil. I thought could be mistake, but no it was not in one foil but for all three. Thought may be they did the mistake, but there was no chance since i visited early evening and no customer was entertained that time. With anger called the reception, but I strongly believe they are habituated with this type of call every day, since they do the cheating they have special person to attend such call. three person exchanged the call, last person was explaining what all thing should be there inside chicken biryani :).. I asked if the piece was there is it fallen on road or after eating i am calling just to make fun or time pass with them. Trust me, no sorry no gesture of regret.. rather they were enjoying the conversation since they knew that they made a bakra.. Just a simple request to all of you, just think twice before going or ordering parcel in Lazeez. One of my guest was in the dinner and you can realize the embarrassing situation. Hope it will not occur to you. Strong recommendation NOT TO VISIT THE FRAUD RESTAURANT.
