The other reviews are true, so don't buy from this shop. At the time of buying, if you ask if the product will work fine, they will say very confidently that you won't face any problem but the customer service sucks. I bought Fitking S-259 exercise cycle from there and faced issues just after 2 months. I had to take the cycle to their store as they refused any free onsite service. I got it fixed by paying Rs 300 and just after 3 days the problem re-appeared. I emailed Fitking support about the same that i wanted free onsite service this time, after sending 3-4 emails, i got a call from Gandhi cycles that someone will come to my place to fix it but nobody has come yet. Now, when i call them, they say that i need to bring the cycle to their store to get it fixed.
This is a real bad customer service so stay clear of this shop.
