I bought a refrigerator on 9th November 2013 and was assured that it will be delivered the next day. But till today there's no delivery. On calling the sales executive for status, he simply switched off his mobile after the first call and I just got no help!!! seems like i need to vist there personally and argue. Pathetic customer service really!!
