Customer Care,Needs are overlooked inspite of Interest shown 3 months back.No one informs that this is available Now.( I happened to see PAULO LIB C011-CHERRY at BARODA)I happened to visit Hometown on 25th Night.I showed the Interest.On enquiring whether imMediate delievery is possible.I was told,delievery only from ASLALI.I agree I was in a hurry,no one cared to take No. & call back with the STATUS. On 26th again I visited,I was told that Showroom unit was booked 2 days back.Cherry is no more available.I would not name the person to whom I had informed 3 months back & called up 3 times to enquire availability.I have his mobile no to whom I had called up. Sheeer carelessness.Mr. BIYANIJI spends Crores to get footsteps in Hometown,but there is no arrangement to TRACK the enquiry.These JOBS are easier Nowadays with the Enquiry Alerts when STOCK asked for, is in HOMETOWN.These will make people to FEEL at HOME at HOMETOWN. Want to verify facts, call 09824033718.But without making someone to LOOSE his JOB. DO I have right to make someone LOOSE the JOB,when I cannot provide the same?
