I had registered for OCJP certification at NIIT Bangalore- Jayanagar Branch.Due to some personal issues,I had to cancel my certification exam and requested NIIT people from Jayanagar Bangalore for the cancelling my invoice.But people over there did not respond in a positive way and told amount refund option is not there and they are not going to help me in any way. I felt very bad about the behavior of those people.
The interest what they had while taking 9005rs for the examination from me was not there after telling my concerns to cancel the invoice.
Later I got to know from other NIIT institute that invoice cancellation option was there.
Banagalore, Jayanagar NIIT manager and employee betrayed me. They dont know how to talk with customers. They are very RUDE.
