I booked Grand I 10 Asta(O) on 7th Sep 2013 at DSc HYundai kattupakkam. they told me over phone that car allotment was made and asked to remit amount. I paid small portion in cash on 24-9-2013 and for the balance amount I arranged loan through HDFC. HDFC released loan amount directly to DSc Hyundai on 4th oct 2013. after that they promised to deliver the car within 2 to 3 days. but they never turned up. I lodged compliant with DSc Hyundai and HYUNDAI motor and HDFC for non delivery on 7th oct 2013 but in vain. several reminders were sent but no improvements. finally I sent mail stating that compliant would be lodged with consumer court and this yielded result and car was delivered on 29-11-13. any how I am going ahead with lodging of compliant with consumer court. t nagarajan
