SO, I am being generous with the rating only because I liked the cajun chicken, which again was strictly ok.
We entered BSE at Andheri West at 12.30 in the afternoon the World Cup finale Sunday. Nothing out of the ordinary. Sad music playing, match airing on couple of screens.
We were absolutely excited about the rising and falling rates of booze and kept the drinks flowing, and this is the ONLY USP of BSE.
Ordered chicken Nachos, was just about decent, nothing to pine for. What really put us off was their service. Let me first add that our waiter was kind enough to bring us our final drink at 4 pm. However, as we were enjoying our last drink, we asked and for and paid up the bill. So the staff knew we were not going to stay long.
However, bang at 4.15 pm, this guy Narinder walks up to us and says, please leave (in these exact words). We assure him that we are leaving... give us 5 mins more to finish our drinks, he says fine and is back within 5 telling us leave now. My friend asks him to at least wait until we finished our drinks and also explained we were expecting a cab in 10 mins, he absolutely refuses and says you can go wait outside. We specifically ask him 'do you want us to wait on the road?', he says 'Yes Maam, we are shut, you will have to wait on the road'
Until this point we thought 10 mins couldn't hurt, but once he asked us to wait on the road, it seemed pointless to argue with such a rude person. We understand time regulations too and even told him, we get it, give us ten mins, but he wouldn't relent; so we left anyway.
I have never experienced such terrible service before. It wasn't as if we hadn't cleared the bill or were stalling on purpose. It was a legitimate request and a polite one at that, which this guy chose to respond to in this rude manner.
Even a coffee shop has never asked us to leave despite the time. Well in all fairness we were warned about the high handed attitude of the staff at BSE, Andheri West, we unfortunately chose to ignore it. Would have saved ourselves the embarrassment.
Needless to say, won't be going back here anymore.

My Travel experience with Kerala Holiday Mart has been simply fabulous! I've never experienced any Holiday service so involved with the customer, working towards customizing the package exactly how I wanted it!
Right from booking the package about the places we should select to visit right upto the food and places we should consider to visit... Planning is important especially when you are on your honeymoon to know exact details and not have any surprises once you've actually landed at the place. And that's what Kerala Holiday Mart did for us.
Coming to the actual visit... We had some pre conceived notion about our selection of hotels, we thought those were the best.. It turns out the hotels selected for us by KHM were truly the best.. I am glad we agreed to their selection and didn't go ahead with our own..
Robin Joseph, the tour guide sent to us from KHM, was really sweet. Armed with complete knowledge about Kerala and local info about the bio diversity and joints, he egged us on to visit places which weren't even on our itinerary. He was so forth coming with absolutely everything and let us on some interesting tid-bits about Kerala which no Wikipedia can ever tell you.
All in all we had such a lovely time on our honeymoon, it is a truly unforgettable experience... Thank you guys!!
