This review is about the aerobic classes at Nirvana. Overall, a satisfying experience. They have a different session each day like kick boxing, cardio+pilates, dance, and steps. Best classes are the ones conducted by Barbara and Violet which are a must attend. You will feel like each bone is touched in your body. The experience is amazing and the instructors are well experienced. There is only one turnoff - their dance aerobic session is not good and biggest reason for someone to miss the class that day. The focus of the instructor is more on dance moves than fitness. The songs and steps are repetitive in each session and it gets very boring. You don’t feel like you have worked out that day. It’s better if they improve on that front. May be include proper aerobics dance moves rather than some fancy dance steps which most of the people can’t do (because of their physiques, flexibility of the body, or because they have 2 left feet).
