All the people, Young , not so young, old, very old, professionals, students, housewife’s…………one thing is common for a we all have a body, no matter which size and shape we are in we have to take care of it. No no no not from outside (cometics, gym, tattoos….) they are all external, they are for others to see. I am talking about the care that should be given to ourself…..in one word PEACE/ANAND. YOGA…Is the answer for that; I always thought yoga is a form of exercise to keep ourself fit. So I used to practise (not so regularly) watching the videos online. Did the all thats as shown in the videos had a good feeling and but the problems not going out of me. Then I decided to join yoga class, I looked for the class around bellandur. There were of positive reviews about -----------then I called up, enrolled myself for the classes. First day itself I felt the change, Yoga is not about exercise, it much more than that. Yoga helps us in all forms of Emotions. it a medium through you can speak to yourself : You can control your thoughts, emotions all forms(happiness, anger, stress). And it helps you to understand yourself (listening to yourself): Self-control, one thing which everyone has to gain control on irrespective to age and gender. Especially for those who are working in corporates. After I joined the classes, under the guidance of Bhaswati Seal ma,am has gained a lot, yoga is not about twisting our bodies….its an art which helps to us look better, a medium through which we can speak to our own self and yoga is the path/way to reach happiness (ANAND) ….ultimately its door to reach spirituality. I feel lot better after joining the classes, I work 13 hours a day including the travelling time, hope one can understand all the stress, agony and pain one can go through. Like all others I joined GYM, yes regular work outs Is also a good option to keep our self’s fit, but it don’t not help to be fit from inside. After practising yoga, I understood the value of Yoga. Now I feel lot better, all my health issues are gradually disappearing (I joined class in the month of JAN 2014). 1 hour of in not must, but it’s your duty. We all take bath; wash clothed …the same we have to practise yoga to keep our self-clean and calm. And attain ANAND the ultimate goal one likes to attain. I don’t want to sound like uncle, but please start practising yoga, in any ways joing classes , or watching videos but please practise. All those people neat Bellandur, we are lucky to have such a good teacher Bhaswati Seal she is just a call away. Please utilise the opportunity, you will see a lot change. Bhaswati Seal ma’am reminds me of my primary school teachers, teachers who would listen first and then teach according to ones ability. The amount of patience she has got is amazing, her ability to understand each ones problem and the care she takes to helps us to overcome them are just amazing. One last thing BIG THANKS FOR ALL YOUR MENTORS WHO MADE YOU SUCH A GOOD PRESON..and I know for sure that you will continue doing the same and make them proud. As we always do, end of class by prayer. I am doing the same. Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah Sarve Santu Niramayaah Sarve Bhadrani Pasyantu Maa Kaschid-Dukha-Bhag-Bhavet.. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti… Its shame that we use foreign language to understand our own language…I am not exception to this… Om. May all be happy. May all be free from disabilities.
