I like Bluedart Courier as a whole. However, it's obvious that there is a loophole no matter how.
The service in this particular area i.e Dimapur is a serious issue. This need to be taken care of ASAP
If you ! Bluedart is paying your employees in this particular office than, they need to perform their job
as expected. This is not the first instance. My package was delivered 2 to 3 days prior. Believe it or not, i have to go and pick it up myself assuming the package must have arrived, because i can no longer trace my package after Delhi or Kolkatta. And am not the only one who went through this. It's their job to deliver the package to the desired address. Which is why you paid it for!!!
