We had traveled to kashmir during last puja in 2013 with bharat tirtha darshan. The entire tour was just a nightmare to us. The
manager (Sanjay Ghosh) is worst person i have ever seen. He is good for nothing. His behavior was pathetic. Even he came to
attack my family including my old father and mother. We reached jammu at right time by train, but we were transferred to hotel
about 4 hours later. We didn't get the time to see the jammu local. During booking, they told us that bus seat will be arranged
rotation wise. but all the seats were reserved for Sanjay Ghosh's "Special guests". We were thrown to the last seat. there were no
system for rotation. Even my old father and mother didn't get any seat as there were no seat left. The food quality was pathetic. In
Katra, they didn't give us food properly, so we had to go outside and spend money for food. They stopped their bus, at such a place
for lunch on the way, where local people use that place for toilets. In Srinagar, I was not given proper room, although I have paid
extra amount for one room. The room has no bathroom. You have to go to bathroom in front of everybody through a corridor.
When i protested, the hotel manager and tour manager Sanjay Ghosh, jointly abused me. at first they didn't give me breakfast,
when my mother told that to Sanjay Ghosh, he brought a cake and threw it on my mother. He served some of the tourists of his
choice, god knows whats the reason. He told that the driver's cabin was not for the toursits. But in entire tour, two of his "Special
passengers" enjoyed by seating in driver's cabin. He is so shameless, when we protested, he said that he would do whatever he
wants. During booking, they told that they will provide an entire day for Gulmarg. But they took us to Gulmarg on the way from
Srinagar to Pahelgam. They didn't provide us the entire tour. That is another example of cheating. Patnitop was also included in
our tour. In Jammu they started late for about 3 hours and the bus didn't stop at Patni Top for insufficient time. they told that
during return from Katra to Jammu, they would stop for Patni Top. But they actually didn't do that. No one will imagine that we
went to Kashmir and returned without seeing the Patni Top. During return from Katra to Jammu, they cancelled their own bus. At
first they told that the would not book that bus, that means other people could travel by that bus. We have to fight for seats with
the local people. After protest by everyone, they arranged a local small bus where some of the persons couldn't get the seat.They
are no.1 cheaters. Please for God sake don't go with them. During booking, they will promise you the best service, but in journey
they will show their real face. It is my request to you please don't go with them, or else you may experience the worst tour in your
life. And if you see Sanjay Ghosh, in the begining of journey, just return home from Howrah station for the safety of your family.
