We visited race course cirle Airtel Ofice. They are trying to convince consumer to sell their idea about post paid scheme instead of problem facing by customer. For ISD service there is no clear idea for their executives. After talking to their senior one of the executive said that the system is not working though we recharge the system but the same is not activated. They assured that within 24 hrs they will resolve the issue but it is not happening. As a result customer is not satisfied.
