I wish i could have read the reviews ( written here ) before committing the mistake of buying the Kent RO ( pearl Model ) from Raj Electronics sec 12 Dwarka ( from Mr. Mukesh Gupta ). I got my RO installed on 15th April afternoon and found out that it has a problem just after the first fill itself. Immediately i lodged a complaint to the provided customer service center and got a complaint no. with the assurance that the the their man will attand to the complaint withing 12 hours. Next day when nobdy came...i again contacted them and got another complaint no. with the same assurance. But with the same result. Next day I somehow managed to get their service center's no. of their manager Mr. Raman Bhardwaj. He was very polit and said that he never got anycomplaint from the Customer Care service but he was ready to help immediately....and now after THREE DAYS OF WAITING ( and atleast six to eight call to the Manager ) ...NO ONE HAS TURNED UP SO FAR. Now I feel that I have made a BIG mistake of buying this KENT product.... May be I will also have to sue Kent people for this kind of low standard products and this attitude towards its valued customer. IS THERE ANYBODY WHO CAN PAY HEED TO THESE REVIEWS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ?
