I have been visiting inox inorbit malad frequently and everything out there is top notch. Perfect. But Inox ragullela in kandivali is pathetic. Visited for a movie and believe me the experience was horrible. On the booking box on 2nd floor, the staff was awfully bad. There was a long que and yet there was no urgency shown by staff delivering the tickets.Also the booking counter seemed to be the only place in the entire mall that felt non airconditioned. Weird but true. Further despite having 3 counters, only 2 counters were attended to despite long ques.And on top of that there was such a confusion for normal booking and internet booking. The lady who was attending was so arrogant and unprofessional. Despite standing in que for 15 minutes and finally reaching the front of the counter, she started servicing only people who had internet booking. Such a crap. I had to finally scream and get my tickets, notwithstanding that I lost first 20 minutes of my movie. Truly Avoidable.
