I wish to bring across a sad incident faced by me at ORBIT Imaging & pathlab Pvt Ltd situated Opp. Metro Pillar No. 124, Girdhari Lal
Salwan School Marg, Block 11, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi, DL 110060.
I booked an appointment today at the aforesaid Lab for a test in the evening through Medcross.
1) I booked an appointment today morning to reach the lab latest by 7pm for the test and confirmed the same twice.I reached sharp at 6.30pm being third in the que.
2) Untill 7.40 i was waiting inspite of my repeated enquiries with all staff members with a standard reply to wait.
3) I was being informed that Doctor is still waiting to conduct my test.
4) On further checking at 8pm,i found noboby at the front Desk or Lab assistant and that Doctor already left at 7.30pm and hence test cannot be done.
5) I was in a terribly bad condition and needed medical help asap.
6) There was no female attendant by the time my patience gave up..
7) When I tried reaching the Director of the Lab,the room was vacant and surprisingly none of the staff had any details about him.
8) Every Staff member seemed to be escaping the situation.
9) To my shock ,i was not the only one tolerating this nuisance,few other patients too came up with the delay in conducting the tests
or not getting the reports on time and that they too have been waiting since a long time.
10) At last when i demanded the refund with the receipt,the staff misplaced the receipt.Post search i found it lying unattended at the front desk only which confirmed that my test was never scheduled.
Is this what one expects from an old established Center to be discharging of their social responsibilities.
I would personally recommend not to visit this center for any medical help since no individual bears any responsibility whatsoever the situation be,for performing their duties from top to bottom level.
Life Saver or threat to life....Let you decide this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
