Dear Mr. B D Park, Regional President & CEO for Samsung South West Asia Operations, Refer prior so many communications on this portal (15th Jul, 3rd Sept'14 & 9th Sept'14 repectively), I have been contacted & assured by Mr Shivam/ Kulwinder of your CEO office, to resolve the matter amicably by friday ie. 5th Sept'14. though both of them assured me to resolve the matter on priority but in vain as usual. May I finally seek your intervention for a quick closure today. Thanks. Vishal.

He had also assured me that your Extended Warranty Certificates shall be handed over to me by 5th Sept'14. Please note that nobody contacted me till now neither anyone is taking my calls (Shivam & S.K. Sharma, Ditributor). Address to Samsung Service Manager, This is Vishal Gupta from New Town Kolkata bearing registered mobile number "09085008300". It regards to the extended warranty of recently purchased Smart TV & Washing Machine. Post having bitter experince in getting it processed, finally your local distributor (service) person came & collected cheque from us on 22nd Jun'14 (Cheque No. 000002; Amt : INR 9,739/-). Post that there has been a pin drop silence. On checking it, we were again asked some more money which we denied to pay. Samsung team was suppose to revert with resolution else with warranty certificate. Inspite of about 25 days passed, there is no update. Please expedite the matter & do get back to me at my cell : 09085008300. Thanks.
