If I could give them zero stars, I would. They simply don't believe in after-sales service. 6 months after building and installing my kitchen, I have 3 fused light fixtures, 4 rusted hinges, and 2 cabinet doors which aren't opening properly. No one from their office bothers to call back or come take a look. I've visited 11 electric shops with the fused LED bulbs and none of them have the replacement bulbs. I only asked BP techno to give me the model name and wattage of the bulbs so I could find them on my own, and even that they won't do. They really don't care. Once they receive your payment they lose interest in helping. I'm now hiring outside carpenters and electricians to fix my kitchen. BP techno was a big mistake.
