I give max rating "5" for best and quick service for National Electronics. I called LG Toll free number, the service engineer came and visited my LG 3D TV and replaied that the spare needs to order, also it will take around a week to replace and the spare is more costly and given me the sugession as exchange the TV instead of replacing the spare. I really felt bad about there service, and called ASKLAILA and asked for TV repair and services, later I received the message from them, I call back to NE, Mr. Baskar picked the call, he was very polite, and said whatever the condition we received, we will give a Good solution. I asked, How long will you take to reach Avadi? He said within 30 to 45 mins, but the Service Engineer "Mr. Guru & Mr. Kamal reached before said time. I asked some details to them about National Electronics. I just inspired about there answers. Within couple of days Mr. Baskar called me and said your TV has been serviced, let me know the suitable time to install the TV. I am really happy with the price and efficiency from National Electronics.
