I have purchased Symphony Jumbo Jr. cooler and its fan has stopped working. I have logged a Complaint ref. no. ND-KS-26H14005 on dated: 26.08.2014 and received a return message to contact Mr. Pramod Kumar. Since then I am calling him, but it says phone is switched off. On 29-08-2014, a service engineer came and without checking cooler , said fan motor needs to be changed. I have provided a copy of original Bill to him and he said it wiil be changed by day after tomarrow.No one came that day. THen I have managed to find service center contact no and make call atleast 10 times. The service center executive said we will send techinician, but nobody has came. On 05-09-2014 I have received a message saying that €œDEAR CUSTOMER we are UNABLE TO COANTACT YOU since last four days. SO WE HAVE CLOSED YOUR COMPLAINT NOW.If you wish please regisetr another coamplaint. This is 100% fake no one from your end ever contacted me or visited my place. After this, I have bok another complaint ref. no. ND-KS-5I4001 on 05-09-2014, but don't got any call from your side. I am tired calling and talking to service center executives. Please help me in this regard or stop selling your products with warranty alteast people will not get frustrated talking to your representatives and your name will be saved.
