WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We had taken kashmir package from this company and deposited Rs.25500 in advance but due to natural calamity floods in kashimre on 7th sep , we had to cancell the trip.Now, they are not willing to refund the money back.After lots of delay they refunded only Rs.16,000 and charged a huge sum of Rs.9,000 as cancellation charge..which is totally unapplicable as it was from J& K tourism that no tourists were to be allowed during flood time, so how could we go there when all the hotels and city is submerged in water. In such conditions , no one has right to charge so much cancellation charges and now they are not refunding our money inspite of several mails and phone calls. Whole team is irresponsible,they will always make excuses ,MR. P.S.Rajput (director) never attend phn calls, then there are others MR.Madan, Mr. abhay and Mr. Ajay.Various of them i have to deal with, but no body takes responsibility of the refund. I have now filed a complaint also in consumer court.and varoius other means to get my money back. Beware of their service as during selling their package , they will call several times in a day and after that they wont even care who you are.
