Complaint regarding the behavior of parking staff..they are taking away the two wheelers whose handle is not locked ..its afterall paying 20 rupees for parking.on 3 oct I have to search more than half an hour for my motorcycle. ..After enquiring 2-3 staffs,finally one staff has told me to report to control room. From there I came to know that they intentiollay removed my veh along with another 2 motorcycle. After producing the parkingslip also I have been asked to enter my address and licence no....from the register I came to know that it is a daily practice. I really wanted to lodge the complaint...but parking staff in charge refused to give the complaint register..finally I ve to leave without lodging the complaint as my children were hungry and exhausted. ...this type of behavior from the staff surely compell customers like me to visit your mall again or not..hope the concerned authority take a note of this.
