I purchased a LG 3 star AC of Serial No. 302NAXU031010 from viveks pvt limited vide bill No. 11321301053 dated 12/05/2013 customer name s.selvaraj, within six month gas leaked from Ac then viveks service centre provide free service and fill they gas arrange to fit in my home, but after six month gas leakage happen and ask money from us more than Rs. 1900 from us to service the Ac. it is unfortunate to provide good service for customer from viveks service centre. Experienced service provide service for any product of customer otherwise they have to give free service for same problem exist within guaranty period and after guaranty period it is there service mistake now we are called viveks service centre please take care for my AC. I am senior citizen i unable to bear this kind of breakdown of AC, please take necessary action and make some arrangement to provide good service.
