The after sales service of videocon AC is very bad as when you fill complaint they call before coming then if we give a time they donot come on time and go for their personal work .and the next day another technician calls and if we ask l anything regarding the 1 s technician they speak rudly,they cover up oter technician and tell to place a fresh complaint .Please be careful while buying AC as videocon AC after sales service is too bad :( .
