I just joined the gym and I had a horrible experience with the counselors, they promised me a complete membership package, while I received a receipt which only had half the package mentioned. On confronting them they told me that I would have to pay an additional amount of Rs 2000 to avail the complete offer.
The worst part is counselors have an internal difference, and they fight with each other to achieve their sales target, for which the members have to bear the brunt
Counselors like Tehseen Shaikh are toughest to deal with.
As for the gym, it has a good machines which I agree with.
So I would like to advice anyone who is planning to join the gym, to have the details of the deal to be taken down on pen and paper or at least on email, before making any payments, as the gym has a no refund policy or they are more likely to hold you at ransom once you have made the payments
So guys I am writing this comment so that people do not get into trouble as I have got into, so please be careful!
