The last place to visit if you want your hair to be colored. I booked an appointment. luckily i dint have to wait much. I asked them to suggest me a base color and some highlight, they were confused so I opted for brown as base color and burgundy for highlight. before starting I had clearly mentioned that i have grey hair and they need to be covered. I got it done and they charged me Rs.7500. when i looked in the mirror the color seemed to be ok that was probably because of the kind of lights they use. After i reached home nobody was able to make out that I had got my hair colored. next morning I could see some color in the sun light but it was not looking very faded. I was not able to differentiate between the brown and burgundy. I was very upset and sad but the same time i felt at least my grey hair is covered . After I washed my hair the next day I could see all the grey hair back. I made a call to inform them what happened and told the that i will be able to visit next week because i was travelling out of town. They spoke very rude and told me that i need to come in the same week asap. I was not able to make it and the next week I called them and directly took an appointment without and explanation. I reached there and spoke to them about it and they agreed to recolor the hair.and at the same time she tells e that burgundy fades which was not mentioned before. How can a color fade i a weeks time???? Unfortunately the story just repeated. I started to see the grey hair again after a week.
