Sir I booked alto 800 from your baramulla dealer in Kashmir the booking date was 27 august. We were lured or motivated by the scheme that we will get accessories including music system matting heater and additional benefit of 5000 for govt employees . but sir we agreed with them for the delay. Now over 2 months have passed.everyday new cars are sold out but the avoid us by saying we have no accessories. It is very sad on your part that a MNC like Maruti is duping customers. Moreover when we approached for free service they did it half way saying washing can not be done. We r busy with flood cars. Bsramulla was least affected in flood.Only Chosen customers are Favoured
