The Worst courier service I have ever seen, they kept my courier at their Delhi office for 7 Days before sending it to Mumbai. the customer service also very bad. they hardly pick any call whenever they pickup any call always i use to get the same response that courier will be sent to mumbai by today's flight when it came to mumbai after 7 days in the morning 5:30am the mumbai branch was not ready to deliver on same day even though my delivery address is hardly 10 to 15 minutes away from their branch, so I personally went and collect my courier from their office today. my courier was handed over by SnapDeal on 29th Oct 14 and I took self delivery on 06th November 14 evening 3:45pm. in addition to above even after receiving messages from both SnapDeal and RedExpress that it will be delivered on or before 31th Oct they are unable to deliver the same on time, As per snapdeal it was the courier company mistake not their but my question is who appointed this courier company ? I am the regular buyer from eBay, Rediff Shopping and Flipkart but have not faced any single problem till now, but With snapdeal it was my first experience and very bad one so ZERO points for both snapdeal and REDEXPRESS.........
