Have been trying to get delivery of a package sent from Kolhapur. Gave them docket number and my name. I have got varied answers from your stafff. First I was told parcel is on the way to being delivered. Two hours later Mario says parcel not with me. The person at the end of 9594962564 cell number says I will call you in 2 minutes. half an hour has passed. This is shoddy service. when I ask when did the parcel arrive I get no reply . Delivery after today of that consignment is useless. Delivery address given is of my office in Margao and will close at 3 oclock. From Monday I am on leave and so will only have to take legal recourse
