The Security Guard deployed in Parking Area of Ansal Plaza, Vaisali are not behaving like 5 star mall attitude.I visited on 27.12.14 for inquiry in prime honda office and by mistake I parked my two wheeler in the front of the Service gate of Prime Honda. No body has objected at the time of parking. after 5 minuts I came back and destand my two wheeler.One security guard came to me and asked me with rude behavior for giving Rs. 20/- as parking charges. I tell him that I am Prime Honda Customer and i know that this place is free parking for them.He forcibly collected Rs.15/-. I complaint the matter with Security supervisor but he supported to the guard.This attitude defame to the Mall Management. The matter has also bring the knowledge of Prime H0nda officials.
