WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.......Going to a authorized service center is very important...never go to road/gutter side service shops like FREEZE CONTROL...If you want to suffer and lose your cool , then go to these guys...They are good for nothing....you need to literally beg them to attend...once they attend and replace the spare if there is any issue...then you are gone...THEY JUST DONT CARE....I called them 23times and they never kept up their commitment of sending their technician...
